SHIPPING POLICY

At Hammamist, we want your Turkish bath essentials to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@hammamist.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hammamist.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive  your order.
